PLAN RED FLAG! 10' or higher ceilings with 6' vs 7' casements?

Modern ceiling heights are 10' to 12' with top of windows at ceiling and seeing a 7' tall casement is a red flag because so few manufacturers are tested over 3' x 6'. If you have an 11' ceiling even a 7' casement is going to be 4' off the floor and not meet egress.
