There is so Much Going Wrong Here

First of all the steel embeds weren't embedded and will interfere with installation. Chase wall framing is often thicker than the window frames and rarely planned for. How did the tile get installed into the window opening??? And the lower opening being a sliding door will need much wider steel than this beam.

I stopped at this jobsite in Palm Beach to look around and the PM had just taken over from the previous GC that was fired. I was able to help solve a few issues but I think this whole opening might have had to be re-ordered.
