I specialize in solving the problems luxury builders and architects don’t see coming — with decades of experience resolving glazing challenges on some of the most complex residential projects in Florida and the Caribbean.
My career began in the early 1990s in Dallas, working with top interior designers on ultra-luxury homes. That early exposure to high-end construction and refined detailing shaped my understanding of true luxury design and how important the smallest details are.
In the early 2000s, I transitioned into the window and door industry, working throughout the Caribbean on complex residential projects in some of the world’s most challenging climates. I saw firsthand how incorrect or missed details can cause disasters — even in the best architectural designs.
Since then, I’ve overseen glazing packages for hundreds of modern estates, including dozens of $20M–$50M homes where the margin for error is effectively zero. My consulting work focuses on resolving the disconnects between architectural vision, structural requirements, and glazing execution — before construction even starts.
Today, as an independent consultant, I work with builders, architects, and owners to ensure every detail is correct during design development and before windows are ordered.
What Others Say
“Ken has been a colleague and long-time friend in the industry. I'm not sure if you've had the pleasure of working with Ken in the past, but if you did—you'd know it. Ken used to be a dealer of ES, Fleetwood, and other luxury window brands and has since launched his own consulting business focused on assisting clients, architects, and builders with seamless coordination through installation. His expertise isn’t just windows—it’s architectural coordination.”
“While many vendors provide M.O.’s, Ken always worked with us to assess structural conditions of beams, overhangs, and alternate window options. He’s independent, familiar with all major luxury window lines, and we plan to continue working with him moving forward.”
